Michelle combines her extensive consultative guidance and relationship management skills with her investment and financial planning knowledge to proactively ascertain clients’ investment needs and financial goals and align them with appropriate solutions. She spent the past 20 years in the financial services industry meaningfully interacting with thousands of investment and financial advisors nationwide to analyze client portfolios and share insights for successful implementation of investment management, practice management and wealth management strategies.
With a priority driven focus, she strives to deepen client relationships, built on a foundation of loyalty and trust. She endeavors to be a strategic partner, not only to each client but to his or her family and all interested parties in order to ensure flawless execution of all phases of the financial plan. Michelle obtained her B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She earned her Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM designation from the College for Financial Planning. The AWMA® designation is recognized as the industry benchmark for wealth management professionals and denotes her ability to effectively identify, analyze and recommend strategies for the diverse needs of her clients. The program develops proficiency in the areas of behavioral finance, advising small business owners, succession and exit planning as well as fiduciary and regulatory issues. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63 General Securities and Series 24 Principal certifications as well as insurance licensing for Life, Accident & Health.
Michelle grew up south of Boston and spent several years in New York City prior to moving to the Syracuse area in 2002. She currently resides in Memphis, New York with her husband Brantley and two children, Wyatt and Westin. The family is active in the lacrosse, football and basketball communities and enjoy spending time fishing together on Cross Lake during the summer months.

Danielle utilizes her consummate operational skills across all levels of the financial planning process, from customer care and professional services to quality assurance and office infrastructure. She oversees and establishes new accounts while providing exemplary management of existing service needs.
Danielle was formerly employed as a Mortgage Loan Officer at KeyBank where she achieved a high level of financial proficiency, made significant organizational enhancements and developed extensive relationships. She is a graduate of Onondaga Community College with a major in Accounting. Danielle holds FINRA Series 6, 63 General Securities certifications as well as insurance licensing for Life, Accident & Health. Additionally, Danielle serves Werth Wealth Planning in a Notary Public capacity.
Danielle grew up and currently resides in Memphis, New York with her husband Bryan and two children Luke and Avery. She and her family enjoy sports, boating and spending time with their family and friends.

Jane’s strengths in customer service, time management and office organization allow her to thrive as a Client Engagement & Operations Specialist. Her work at Werth Wealth Planning involves cross-functional operational support for client servicing, paperwork generation and inquiry resolution.
Jane is a recent college graduate who earned her B.A. in Psychology & Criminal Justice and who was on the Dean’s List for all 4 years of her St. John Fisher college career. Jane has an enthusiasm to learn that has given her the ability to adapt to any challenge. Her past experiences in the hospitality industry, as an enrichment facilitator and as a President’s office assistant have allowed her to sharpen her extensive service and relationship skills throughout the years.
Jane grew up in Memphis, NY but currently resides in Baldwinsville. In her free time, Jane enjoys cooking, snowboarding in the winter, and talking long walks with her rescue dog, Suri.
