I’ve always believed that our success is measured by the success we bring to others. My mission is to ensure that each client feels seen, heard, and understood. Financial planning is not just about managing investments; it’s about being there for you in your entirety. I’m here to help you navigate the complexities of life with confidence and clarity, serving as your steadfast anchor in the journey toward financial independence.
My journey in the financial world began when I moved to New York City in 1998. The vibrant energy of the financial services district and the hum of a Bloomberg terminal captured my heart and set the course for my career. I quickly learned that relationship building is at the core of financial planning. By putting people first, listening intently, and providing purposeful guidance, I strive to help my clients achieve their financial goals.
I obtained my B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I earned my Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM designation from the College for Financial Planning. The AWMA® designation is recognized as the industry benchmark for wealth management professionals and highlights my ability to effectively identify, analyze, and recommend strategies for the diverse needs of my clients. The program develops proficiency in the areas of behavioral finance, advising small business owners, succession and exit planning, as well as fiduciary and regulatory issues. I have successfully obtained FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative, Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law, Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor Law, and Series 24 General Securities Principal Qualification certifications (securities licenses held through LPL financial), as well as insurance licensing for Life, Accident & Health.
I grew up just south of Boston, which instilled in me a strong sense of community and resilience. After spending several years in New York City, I moved to the Syracuse area in 2002. Today, I reside in Memphis, New York, with my wonderful husband Brantley, and our two teenagers, Wyatt and Westin. We enjoy watching our boys play lacrosse (Utica University) and basketball (JE), and we cherish our time spent fishing together on Cross Lake and Seneca River during the summer months. Whether it's lake life, golfing (I’m not that good), or simply getting my steps in, I value every moment spent with family and friends.
Giving back to the community is a cornerstone of my life. I am actively involved with several organizations, including the Upstate Foundation (youth mental health), Vera House (mental health advocacy), Maureen's Hope (cancer support), Francis House (hospice care), and Tunnel to Towers (supporting veterans and first responders). I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as a Board of Trustee for the Vera House Foundation, which exists to raise funds to ensure the continuation of services provided by Vera House, Inc. for victims of domestic violence, elder abuse, sexual abuse, and other forms of abuse in our community. As a Trustee, I am eager to participate in planning Foundation fundraising events and fundraising for an incredibly important cause. These causes are close to my heart and reflect my commitment to making a positive impact beyond financial planning
