From customer care and professional services to quality assurance and office infrastructure, I ensure that everything runs smoothly. I oversee the establishment of new accounts and provide exemplary management of existing service needs.
Before joining the team, I was a Mortgage Loan Officer at KeyBank, where I achieved a high level of financial proficiency, made significant organizational enhancements, and developed extensive relationships. My background in accounting, which I studied at Onondaga Community College, has provided me with a solid foundation for my role. I also hold FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses, as well as insurance licensing for Life, Accident & Health. Additionally, I serve as a Notary Public.
I grew up and currently reside in Memphis, New York, with my husband Bryan and our two children, Luke and Avery. Our family enjoys sports, boating, and spending quality time with family and friends.
